Sizing
We carry a wide range of apparel by different designers. If you are unsure of the size to order, please feel free to contact us at sales@duckduckgooseboutique.com or call 937-440-1211 during normal business hours, 10am -6pm est. Mon- Fri. One of our knowledgeable sales staff will be able to help you.
Cancellations
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We request that any cancellations be made within 4 hours of order placement.
Shipping
Shipping is always free on purchases of $100 or more within the US.
We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We take great care with each and every order, no matter how big or small.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. Average shipping time is 2-3 days. UPS Ground, UPS 2-day and UPS Overnight are also available for an extra charge. We also ship Internationally. Use the “calculate shipping” option during the checkout process to change your shipping options.
Hassle-Free Returns/Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your purchases but if for some reason you’re not, we will gladly return or exchange your merchandise.
Please contact us at sales@duckduckgooseboutique.com or you can reach us by phone at 937-440-1211 within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization # to include with your return. Merchandise sent back without a RA # may take longer to process.
Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise in the original packaging.
